Hi all, i am new to this site and would like to say hi. A little about myself. I am 35 years old and jog for 3~4 time a week. i don't know the distance, but i jogged for 45 ~ 1 hour each time.
I do a little weight lifting just from the dumb bells that i have. so if anyone can give me some ways to exercises all of the muscle just by using dumb bells will be great. I do these mild weight lifting exercises around 3 times a week. i am around 5'8" and weight 171 lbs.
