Well alittle about myself, I'm a 31 yr old male who has struggled with my baby weight all my life. Ive recently started exercising again and trying to eat better and so far so good. As of now, Ive lost about 25 lbs. I'm about 5'10 and 189 as of now. I here to learn more about eating right and sticking with it. I'm about a month and a half in. Wish Me Luck !
