My name is Thomas. I am originally from North Carolina but relocated to West Palm Beach Florida in August. I started my weight loss in March of this year when I hit a whopping 243 pounds. I have never been "skinny" but I hope to be some day VERY soon. Since March I have lost 59 pounds. I am now down to 184. My average weight loss is around 1.5 - 2.0 pounds per week.
I use the free Cron-o-Meter to track calories and nutrition. I do Tae Bo about 5-6 days a week followed by a 3-4 mile run. I limit my calories to 1800-1900 per day. I take a multivitamin, magnesium, calcium and fish oil daily. I also eat primarily vegetarian meals. The only meat I consume is chicken or fish and it is only 1-2 times per week. Most meals are made from fresh foods and follow the concept of the Mediterranean Diet principles.
I was a personal trainer MANY years ago and worked in a nutrition store for about 10 years. If anyone needs anything please feel free to ask!
