Hello all, My name is keith. I am a 5'9" 17 year old senior weighing in around 195lbs. I need to cut down to 170 or so. I have no problem getting out and working out, in fact, I benched over 300lbs last year. I love working out, but I love eating more. I need advice and guidance with food choices, etc. I hope I can find the answers here.
