Hi, my name is Jeremy and I've basically been chubby since elementary school. It peaked around college when I hit 240 Freshman year. Then I realized in Junior year I needed to do something about it. In the past four years, just by going to the gym and not changing the eating habits I still managed to drop the weight down to 220 and maintain it till today.
This year, I decided that I've had it and it's time to get rid of this weight once and for all. I have a regular gym routine that I can stick to regularly, which includes a good 30-45 mins of cardio and some light lifting; I am a complete newbie when it comes to the diet issue.
I just started using fitday for the food, exercise and weight tracking. According to them, my BMI is 32, which is pretty bad.
So, just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself as I hope to be asking some questions later on. I also look forward to the support.
