Hey there everyone -

Just wanted to introduce myself. I have already posted in the before and after so will repeat that below, but I am glad to be posting on here and making your acquaintance.

I've lost about 48 pounds to date (one way I did it ----> :boxing:) and looking to get a kick in the pants to lose the last 10-15 pounds... There are so many success stories on here how can I not find the motivation?

All the stories I've read on here the past couple of months are very inspirational... I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me get through the last bit of weight I need to get to the BMI in the middle of my range (134 lbs.). I started out at 196, and not a good 196 / BMI of over 30.Now I am down to 148.

The pics I have are me at 182 and 148 (today!). This is over a period of 15 months. I lost over 30 lbs in three of those months and have worked alot on improving my physical fitness as well as posture.

I have a question for you guys (and gals) - what do you think a good waist size would be - at the moment i'm about 33 inches and wondering if 32 is good or I should try to get to 30 - I'm really thinking about what would be an athletic build? Also thinking about clothes and such too - most of my clothes are too big and wearing out at that!

Congrats on the 48lb weightloss! That is a huge accomplishment!! The last few pounds are always the hardest to lose it seems! Anyway, good luck! I'm sure that you'll reach your goal soon!!
 
Thanks TamiKay! - I see you are just starting out. It is not easy, but worth it in the end to lose the weight! Happy trails!
