Just introducing my self...

I'm Sara, and I'm a serious hedonist who now finds herself, well, a little more plump than she would like. I blame it on my Italian heritage--love of good food. Somehow now, I must lose this excess weight without losing my love for food!! It is so hard to diet when you deny yourself everything, so I don't want to do that! Just a nice steady weightloss approach with regular exercise and a good attitude. I've heard it can be done, so here I am to give it a try. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by August 23rd. If I lose 1 pound every five days, I should be able to do it. I know this may be difficult, but I am prepared to do what needs to be done. I just need some moral support!

Well, the supprt is yours! I hope you can reach your goals...you are right on with wanting a slow, steady weight loss. I have come to believe there is NO other way. Good luck!
