I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself.  I'm 6'3" and hover between 190-195 lbs.  Looking to hit a solid 200lbs of muscle.  Been working out for years and discovered what has worked and what has not.  Basically I'm a skinny. lean guy who was weighing in at 170 lbs 3 years ago and have almost hit my target weight.. so I'm looking to share my experiences as well as learn from yours.
