well ive finally started to do something
about this body of mine. im 30 y.o. 5'8"
and 90kgs. for the last 2 weeks i have begun
running/cycling for 30 to 40 mins before work
in the morning. i have know changed to cycling
as the coastal track has some nice big garden orb
spiders making webs across the track, ran head first
through one after ducking two others. i haven't screamed
like that in years
. anyway, i do weights every second
day and have noticed some minor changes. im hoping
by next summer to have a new me. hoping
to share some advice to others soon. cheers
