Im attempting to lose 30 pounds by this jun which is 4 months. do you think this is a realistic goal? can i do this?! ive stopped drinking sodas and juices. only water and occasionally milk. im takin vitamins ... watching my calorie intake...and everyday i run on the treadmill for 30 mins then exercise a particular body part for 30 mins. am i doing enough to lose the weight in time? any suggestions? thanks!
