Hello all!. Need Help on my Diet Plan

Hello everyone!

So i'm mainly looking for advice. Current Weight ATM is 278Lbs at 6'0. Not long ago i was 293 but thanks to Working out hard and dieting its getting down.

So far my diet has been exactly the same. 1/2 a piece of grilled breast chicken. Few vegetables. and Water. Same thing everyday. Barely consuming any food now.

I work out everyday, 1 hour walking and i got 2 weights i do the Tree Hug workout thing (Don't know the exact name lol) with them at least 100 times a hour. I really want to loose my man boobs lol

i was surprised at myself that i was able to be able to handle barely eating anything considering how i used to eat. So now i'm thinking of Stepping it up a notch and turning to a Liquid only Diet.

The thing i can only think of is, Is Slim-fast Powder Drink Mix. What i planned on doing was waiting till dinner time. Make 1 cup of that, Drink it and be done. Of course drinking water before and afterwords. Is this good to do? Is Slim-Fast the right thing i should go for as to a Liquid diet? Or is there better Drinks i should use for a better Liquid Diet

I"m desperate to loose weight at my current condition. And im thinking so far Liquid Dieting and Exercising is the fastest option for me. Just not entirely sure how to successfully do a Liquid diet

Varsas it takes a lot of will to start a weight loss journey, so congrats to you !

This liquid diet is a bad idea. and what you're eating now is so monotonous that it'll backfire later. I did that in one of my failed attempts when I was 18 and ended up gaining all the weight I loss plus more. When I started over at 21 I started of informed.

Weight loss is basically calories in vs. calories out. But restrictive diets only help you loose weight while you're on them, as soon as go back to your normal lifestyle you gain the weight back plus more.

When loosing weight, this process is a change in lifestyle, i.e. permanent. The eating habits you'll develop are going to stick with you for the rest of your life, not a few months. Your exercise habits will also be a new part of this lifestyle.

Start a realistic exercise and eating plan. Your food should be varied, there are a myriad of healthy choices.

You said you are barely losing weight and all you are eating now is a little bit of chicken, some veggies and water.


I'm calling you on this because it's not possible. If you eat less calories than you burn then you lose weight. The body can only get the energy to run your body from two sources. The first is food you eat. The second is from your own body.

Answer to your problems: You are overeating still. You might think you are only eating a little but we tend to underestimate just what we eat. I thought I barely ate for a while but you don't reach 400 by not eating. you need to take a harder look at what you are eating.

BTW, All the 'tree hugs' in the world won't remove your manboobs. If anything it will make them bigger as the muscle is building under the fat. The only thing that will remove it is weight loss.
 
Yea this was stupid lol, this was on my first diet i ever tried, but yea im down to 236 now from my last weight in, I did regular stuff. Eat about 3 small meals a day, Watch calories and exercise everyday, i still have fat. but its GREATLY decreased. I got more muscle now then i did.

And yea about that diet pill thing its just something i wanted to sorta give me a extra boost when i eat non dieting healthy foods, Now that im sorta near my goal weight every saturday i plan on just eating a regular meal. not fatning. but not diet friendly. Im not gonna like putt all my hopes into diet pills, Like take them and be "ALL DONE TIME TO LOOSE WEIGHT" lol, just something ill take after every non healthy meal
 
It's not even going to help you with 'non-healthy' mills. The only thing it is going to do is make you lighter in the wallet. Please, don't do it. Really, it's not worth it. IT DOESN'T WORK.
 
You didn't offend me, I just really think you don't need it. They really are crap. You have done so well on your own. Take pride and if you keep working on it, you will make it.
 
Ok, I suggest you don't do the liquid diet. Not a good idea. I recommend one of the cookie diets here. You don't want diet pills here either. The cookies are much better for you and will curb your appetite. They have lots of fiber/protein/whole grains which you need also. All of them work. (REMOVED DUE TO VIOLATION) I like them because they taste better and cost less.
