Hello everyone!
So i'm mainly looking for advice. Current Weight ATM is 278Lbs at 6'0. Not long ago i was 293 but thanks to Working out hard and dieting its getting down.
So far my diet has been exactly the same. 1/2 a piece of grilled breast chicken. Few vegetables. and Water. Same thing everyday. Barely consuming any food now.
I work out everyday, 1 hour walking and i got 2 weights i do the Tree Hug workout thing (Don't know the exact name lol) with them at least 100 times a hour. I really want to loose my man boobs lol
i was surprised at myself that i was able to be able to handle barely eating anything considering how i used to eat. So now i'm thinking of Stepping it up a notch and turning to a Liquid only Diet.
The thing i can only think of is, Is Slim-fast Powder Drink Mix. What i planned on doing was waiting till dinner time. Make 1 cup of that, Drink it and be done. Of course drinking water before and afterwords. Is this good to do? Is Slim-Fast the right thing i should go for as to a Liquid diet? Or is there better Drinks i should use for a better Liquid Diet
I"m desperate to loose weight at my current condition. And im thinking so far Liquid Dieting and Exercising is the fastest option for me. Just not entirely sure how to successfully do a Liquid diet
