new to the forum and stopping in to say hi to everyone. i would like to tell you a little about my self. i am 25 years old 6feet tall and 250lbs. when i got out of high school i was at 280lbs then i lost 80 lbs and i was down to 200lbs and now i seem to be creeping back up in weight. i would love to loss the weight again but to be honest i have no idea how i did it in the first place. i got out of school and was roofing for 3 months then i worked at a meat processing plant for a year and i lost the weight there. i did not do anything out of the ordinary as far as diet and exercise. not sure what went wrong or what i was doing right. now i work at a cross dock driving a fork-lift (i know but its easy money) and i want to get back in shape. most of my weight is in my belly, love handles, and man boobs. the rest of my body arms, legs, face, are not that big at all. And the worst part is that i smoke. i have quit before for 3 months and i started back up like a dummy. but i would like to record my weight loss on film to show people that it can be done. before, week one ,week two and so on. If any one can give me any pointers about anything i would greatly appreciate it.
