Its actually more lol i just got weighed the other night again and I forgot about those results....Anyway thank you very much Its been a long haul let me tell you...and the key to all of it is having support!!!!!!!

Good For you thats awesome.... I have been at it for a year. Now ive really stepped it up a notch at the gym. Ive started weight training and Im telling you the muscles are burning the fat right off!!!!!
