Hello everyone,


Although technically im not a newbie, I am returning after a very long stint away. Im back and got 6 stone to lose!!! It's my heaviest and training to become a nurse with abit of luck and I cannot go on the way I am at the moment. I am totally ashamed of the size I have become and had enough of making excuses I hate leaving the house unless its for college and work. So that is how Ive ended back up here well, the short version anyways. Im starting my diet tomorrow am determined not to fail!! Will start my diary again tomorrow night!!

I'm glad that you are finally changing for the better! I've said this many times before - but the hardest part about weight loss is actually doing something about it. Then everything falls into place.


Make it a goal to first get your eating habits under control then focus on the exercise. It's true that diet is more important than exercise BUT exercise will get you where you want much faster. Don't attack the whole weight loss thing by doing everything at once, take your baby steps and soon enough you'll get to your ideal weight without even noticing.
