Hello All!!! Advice?

Hi Everyone

I'm Hayley and I am 5'6, weighing in at 182 lbs :(
I weighed in at 137lbs 4 years ago at the same height, then I met my wonderful boyfriend and four years and four stone later here I am.

I know I'm terrible as I eat and I'm lazy, but I got a shock standing in the scales tonight and seeing the weight gain for real. I guess the happiness got the better of me?

Anyway, I have a Wii and I play tennis on it, and I own an exercise bike. But I barely use it and when I do I give up when I get too tired (after 15 mins lol) and I do floor exercises, but I have no one pushing me to do better. so I have a circle of me bitching and moaning that I feel fat, then I do nothing about it!!! My own fault really...

So, I'm now on here to change my life. So any advice?

And man up.

If you don't like the way you look and/or feel, do something about it. Until you decide to actually take action, you're really not all that upset.
 
Joining this site isn't 'manning up' unless you actually use it to act. Again, read the stickies. All of them. It's an investment of time that you won't regret. As you're learning, apply what you learn using small steps.

I'd start with the words of wisdom thread. The entire thing... the first post in that thread isn't the only worthy thing.

After you've read those things, then you can ask more specific questions rather than simply asking, "any suggestions?"
