hello everyone, glad to be here, i'm 19, 5'9 195Lbs and roughly 25% BF. I want to embark on a healthy lifestyle so last month i decided to quit smoking and get back into shape. For now my plan is to cut until winter, bulk up, and then cut come spring again, hopefully by next year this time i will be in the best shape of my life. From what I've read in the forums I should: eat 6 meals a day, with grains, fish, chicken, fruits, and veggies, I should get some cassein protein to take before bed, some whey protein to take after workouts, and a multivitamin and a fatty acids tablet to take daily. I should drink 1-2 gals of water daily, get at least 7-8 hours of sleep, and take at least 1 day off a week to recoop. My plan is to do aerobics 6 days a week alternating HIT with slower paced, and strength training work outs 3 days a week. My willpower isn't the greatest, but i think if i have this sites support and if i make myself a weekly schedule i will be able to accomplish these goals. If anyone has some motivational tips or stories even, opinions on the best brands to buy, what specific foods you ate(breakfast, lunch, dinner) to cut, or a workout plan that worked excellent for you, please let me know.
