Hello again

Hey everyone. Not sure if anyone will remember me but I am back after a foot injury that kicked my ass for a year (tendon snapped during HITT on the treadmill). I did what exercise I was allowed while out rehabilitating but have since gained 15 pounds. I am back to the gym and have a goal of getting the 15 off by mid-April for a 6 woman trip planned to crazy Las Vegas!! Hoping some accountability here as well will help keep me in line.
