Not posted on here regulary for almost a year,so i thought i`d introduce myself again ,i`m currently weighing in at 190lbs and on another cut after a sporadic but mostly clean 5 month bulk. My goal is to hit 10%bf at about 170-175 lbs by july 1.Anyhow i`ll post up some pics soon enough.....
