Hello ^____^;. Before pictures well sorta?

Ok so I use to weigh 219 and now I weigh
around 200 or so.
Here is me at my current weight

Umm I need some help I can't break that stupid 200 mark.
Help!!!!!! I'm getting so stressed cause I've been at it
FOREVER now, and I almost just want to give up.
Any really good advice for breaking something like
that would be very well appericated. thanks ^^;.

Hello..first of all good job on what you've done so far! Don't let yourself look past that accomplishment!


Have you been cutting calories to a specific number? if so, that can slow down metabolism and the body will try to adapt quickly...this could be causing the plateau that has you stuck at that mark. try increasing your calorie intake for a few days, alternating those days throughout the week. don't go crazy and eat a bunch of junk...but give yourself an extra snack here or there and relax for about a week, I find that doing so tends to boost my metabolism and when I focus again the next week my body will start losing again. good luck!
