hellloo guys and gals! I'm new to this..hoping i can gain some motivation :)

I am a 27 year old female. I weigh 122lbs but I don't have a muscle in my body. i am so completely out of shape. I need motivation. I worked out a few days ago and worked out hard now my legs hurt soooo bad. How long do I wait before i work out again? Do i just work through the pain or what. How long do I let my body rest before going to the gym again?
 
First of all well done! The pain usually lasts 2-3 days. 2 days after the workout is usually the worst but this means you've done it right. Best to get straight back in to the gym, but maybe work more on your upper body and a little less on your legs...you need to recover :)
 
If you work out different body parts each day of the week, you won't have to work the sore muscles more than once in a week and by the next week, they should be recovered.
