Hey all I'm 18, male.
Height - 5"8
Weight - 165lbs
I've put on around 9 lbs over the xmas/new year period but even before then I was trying to lose weight - I wouldn't say I'm really fat but I feel it at times and am self concious about my weight and it really effects my confidence and would like to lose a couple of stone and get to around 136lbs. (Would this be too low for my height?)
Am eating very healthly now (I was just picking constantly at junk food ALL day no exageration due to be being bored basically - it's amazing I didn't put on much more weight because I was doing this for years - but probably evened it out with alot of exercise) drinking only water, go to the gym for an hour every weekday, along with maybe an hour or two's sport a week aswell as alot of walking.
Thought I'd sign up for advice and generally enjoy reading about people and their journeys to lose weight. Thanks
