well hello there :) and welcome to the forum
there are many people here who will give you their support and push you when you need to be pushed, just like you will eventually do the same for them :)
the biggest 'action' goes on in the diary section, so i reccomend you to start your own, so you can keep track of yourself, your ups and downs. for me its the place where i can put everything just out there ya know.

to learn more about which food and in which amounts you should be taking i suggest you look at the nutrition section. the same for the exercise. read through the sticky threads, they are very helpful :)
