I am very new to this kind of forums or webs m actually writing this while m exercising ,bicycling
I started a new diet and sport program a month ago m n week 4 I've lost around 7 kilos thanks god but m worried now it's been two weeks and I've only lost 2 killos is that normal ??
 
It depends on your weight.
It's normal/safe to lose 1%-2% of your weight a week.

It's also normal to lose more weight in the beginning. You're losing water weight etc in the beginning.

Welcome to the forum by the way. And I hope you aren't writing to us while riding a bike outside! Wouldn't want you to hit a tree or something lol

How much exercise are you doing. Are you doing the type that builds a lot of muscle. Did you have much muscle before.

It could be that you are losing fat but gaining muscle and I agree with emerald, water loss.

If you don't lose anything in the second month, then you need to address your eating.

What sort of changes have you made to your diet? You might have cut back too much or you might not have cut back quite enough.

I know that sounds confusing but as you go on it will become clearer from hanging around the forum. I am just not inclined to give a time consuming explanation until you've spent time answering the question sufficiently.
