I'm brand new here! The other day I walked up four flights of stairs to get to class and my legs began cramping...that's when I realized it was time to get my ass back into shape! Haha, but I'm just looking to lose a little weight, get a little stronger, feel better in general, and to make new friends that help keep me motivated
