Heey everyone:)

I'm Andi :) I'm brand new here! The other day I walked up four flights of stairs to get to class and my legs began cramping...that's when I realized it was time to get my ass back into shape! Haha, but I'm just looking to lose a little weight, get a little stronger, feel better in general, and to make new friends that help keep me motivated :) I've never really been on a certain diet-exercise regime, so I'm a little unsure how to even start! Feel free to talk to me, I love making friends:) As you can probably tell by my excessive use of smiley faces haha. I'd definitely appreciate tips of any type!

I barely eat as it is but I definitely have a sweet tooth- so first things first, I'm cutting out sweets. Secondly, I'm going to try to eat five meals a day, each one getting smaller and smaller. I'm going to exercise for at least an hour and a half every morning, and get a sufficient amount of sleep. Oh, and drink water of course-lots of it :)

Any tips you could offer me on stepping in the right direction?
 
Is one of your goals weight loss? If you're trying to get into better shape, it's a good idea to make sure you're taking in enough calories each day.
