Hi all,
I have a question regarding the weight-loss plan that I am currently following.
For me personally I'm having trouble to control my food intake during supper. but I have no trouble to eat very little or even skip my lunch and/or dinner.
So I was thinking to myself, why not put my one and only meal at supper and have at it. I still have probably 1K-1.2K calories per day (my BMR=~2K), and I need a lot less willpower to follow my diet plan consistently.
I know... I know.... it's probably not the best plan to lose weight. I'm also aware that my metabolism will slow down dramatically by doing so. But I figure, worst-case scenario my BMR will slow down to... say 1.8K and I still have a comfortable 600cals short per day.
So my question is, would this work? I know a lot of people are saying that heavy meal at supper is bad because it'll turn into fat very quickly when we sleep afterward. But I think 1000 cals is 1000 cals no matter when you take it right? My 1000 cals worth of food won't magically turn into a whooping 1.5K just because of the timing.... right? The whole energy can't be created, only converted thingy.
Yes, I know there probably are a dozen of better plan to lose weight, but hey if I find something that works for me, I should stick with it no?
All your comments are highly appreciated =D =D
Thanks!
