Heavy for life?

Hi all,

I have been overweight since I was about 5 although my parents and sister are all very healthy and fit. I fell into the pattern of binge eating in kindergarten. At my heaviest I was 222 at the end of my junior year in college. That was 14 years ago. Now, at 5'3 and 170, my goal is to be 130.

As of June 2013, I started changing my eating and exercise habits and lost 15 pounds fairly quickly. I am now 170. What I am struggling with is this...what am I doing wrong? I don't consume white sugar or flour except on rare occasion. I don't drink alcohol or fruit juices. I eat a lot (and lots!) of leafy and crunchy veggies and have 1 or 2 apples a day. I have 3 or 4 ounces of lean protein 2x a day. I have whole wheat grains once or twice a day. I don't use fats when cooking although I measure out a serving of almonds a day. I am very aware of portion size and keep my blood sugar up with snacks of non-fat yogurt. I work out 6 times a week for 30-45 min of cardio and I use weight resistance exercises 6x a week too. My weight has not dropped an ounce in a month. This is very frustrating! Suggestions would be awesome.
