Healthy to run HIIT everyday?

I usually do it about 6 times a week...is that healthy?

I have heard you should do HIIT one day and then something different the next day.

EX:

Monday: HIIT- 30 minutes

Tuesday: 40 Minute jog/or 35 Minute Cardio (fast paced, non-stop)

Wednesday: HIIT - 30 minutes

etc.
 
Old thread but no one posted and I pretty much tried the same thing except I dunno about your weight but im a heavy person so would this work for me and if youre still doing it do you see any changes?
