Healthy for the Summer

Hello everyone :seeya: I'm glad I found the forum.
I need a lot of work, patience and motivation for my new change to work
I'm not happy with the way I see myself, but that doesn't mean I "hate" myself. I havn't been eating healthy last month and I've made a bet (so I stay focused on this weight loss) with a friend. It's been a week and two days now that I've stayed on track..go me :hurray:

I'm from CAN :eh: and I hope to meet a lot of nice, friendly folks on here.
 
Welcome! I find friendly bets are a good way to stay on track. I hate not winning. So good luck to you. You will find so much help here. Welcome Tina:)

I'm glad I joined, I think this will be a start of something new.
It's hard when you don't win, it started from 2 of us to 3 now, hopefully it grows =P
 
are yall making a bet?!? you know i should seriously talk my dad into making a bet with me... getting down to a size 9 before the end of the summer... if i win he buys me those size 9 jeans... lol...

I'd make a bet with my dad but, he's not the "bet" type
I hope to be a size 7 or less by the summer..but that's just one of those things you dream of..I hope though

I saw in your other thread that you have upped your exercising. Way to go! I personally cannot exercise much now because I am too heavy for my joints (i am pre-athritic). Once I have lost a sizable amount, I am hitting the road - I cannot wait - the entire reason for my ticker.

So, i hope you are winning the bet, but remember, you have to be sensible, eat relatively healthy and enough for the energy you are expending.

I really hope you can start exercising very soon, it's a lot of fun and you learn a lot of new things along the way.
I'm taking a break today from jogging, I am really full right now and I wish the best for you on your journey.
I've ate plenty today, I hope I do eat healthy, so far I've gone to 700-800 cals I get bloated if I go any more.
