Moreover , dancing can burn as much as swimming or walking , a half hour session of dancing can burn alot of calories .
The researchers, that dancing burns about 10 calories per minute, which is equivalent to 600 calories per hour, without causing negative side effects such as those resulting from the exercise of violent and cruel .
