Hey there all, I'm still holding on to that 210 number but it just evaporated this morning and I was 211 again, I'll average it out over the weekend and report on Monday. I was 210 on Wednesday and Thursday, 211 Friday, so I'll check again on Sunday and hopefully I won't have to change it. I just wanted to report that so I don't give myself any false hope or anything. Have a good weekend everyone!
 
my birthday is sunday so we went out tonight i did horrible and tomorrow co-workers are having a carry in so this weekend is shot! o well
 
Hey Redneckwoman :) I just wanted to let everyone know I weighed in today at 196! So, I have exactly two weeks, 14 days, or 336 hours to lose another 7 pounds! I can totally do this.

The last couple days I've had a lot of fruit and peanut butter. I'd like to cut out the peanut butter to only two to three times a week at most. I also need to work on getting more vegetables.

I have a new mile record, 9:55 which beats my former record by three seconds :) Good luck everyone!!!!

Hi there everyone. I just got done reading this whole thread and I think it's great. Can I join too? I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and have so far lost 45 pounds of the hundred that I gained and the plenty more that I need to lose. Right now I weigh 235 and I would like to set a goal of getting out of the 200s by June 1st. I know I can do it with your help and motivation and hopefully provide you with some of my good vibes as well. Thanks for letting me be a part of your group. And keep up the great work.
