Weigh in
Hey Guys..
Well I have been truly busy since last Thursday with Family, Kids and school stuff.. If you are a Parent then you know how it really is.. Anyhoo I went to my nutrition class on Friday and I weighed in at 205, which means I lost 6 pounds! Although I did not make it to 199 as I planned I am still very happy with my loss.. I will start making goals I can actually keep LOL.. I was being a little overwhelmed with suggesting that I lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks, but my new goal will be 199 by April 21.. So I intend to lose 7 pounds by April 21, god willing.. Thanks for all the support guys and good luck with your loss and keep up the great work..
