hey guys!!!!
went for my weigh in this morning and i hadnt lost or gained anything. But i now have a referal to see the doctor next wednesday cuz i could have a thyroid problem??? :S we'll see how that goes, but for the mean time, im still going to be working hard on shifting this (edit) weight! lol

how are ya all getting on?? xx :D

AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE YOU SEE THE USER CP (USER CONTROL PANEL)
YOU GO THERE AND EDIT YOUR SIGNATURE AND AVATOR
DO LIKE OCIRE SAID AND YOU GO MAKE YOUR TICKER THAN COPY AND PASTE THE URL UNDER THE FINISHED TICKER AND GO TO SIGNATURE AND PASTE THAT IN THE YELLOW BOX AT TOP LOOKS LIKE A MOUNTAIN PIC SAYS ADD IMAGE AND WALLA IF YOU HAVE PROBS LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU GET YOUR WEIGHT POSTED I WILL POST IT AND WELCOME TO THE CLUB!

Thank you very much RNW for explaining how to do my signature. I wasn't able to get the ticker done this morning. I did edit my profile and signature though. So if you guys want to know a little about me you can check that out. I wanted to send this post so you all could see my current goals. They seem a little more attainable if you put them in writing. I hope you all have a really great day!

I turned down pastries and candy yesterday! I really AM dedicated to this, and that was a big test for me! I did have to eat in the middle of the night (my diary explains) and that put me over on calories, but I'm making up for that today. I just wanted to share that, because it's the first time I thought I really can make it below 200!

Sara, we have similar goals! Great! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you that getting into the 180s is pushing it? That might be the case for me as well, I'm 6'2", but I've never talked to a weight counselor & I've always been looking for someone to help me think of reasonable goals. Do you mind sharing some of that?

CONGRADS YA KNOW SENSE YOUR GOALS ARE SIMILAR I THINK YOU AND SARA SHOULD SIGN UP TO BE BUDDIES IN THE BUDDY SYSTEM CLUB NB HAS GOING! I will sign up to be buddies with you...just one problem...what is the buddy system? I am not familiar with that. I am 6"1' and athletic that is why she told me not to get that though because of my muscle tone.
