hey guys!

Just been to the docs and decided i didnt want my thyroids tested, couldnt hack seeing my blood after just getting up lol but had a chat with my doc, very nice lady indeed and she has prescribed me some "ORLISTAT" tablets to take three times a day. I dont really know what they do properly yet although she did tell me roughly that they prevent weight gain and you get rid of fat through your bottom end quite regulary! :S lol

am going to get the prescription later on today so will read the leaflet and probaly post again! Whooo is this my way forward? lol :) i sure hope so cuz as soon as i can see and feel all those nasty pounds coming off me i'll probably be so determined not even a chinese meal paid for by my bf will tempt me! lol (and i love chinese! lol)

Hey there, I'm inching closer to those blasted 100s! I'm at 209 now, just 10 pounds until I'm at that magic number, my first mini-goal! Thanks for the encouragement and coaxing. You're a great support team!

I'll be honest, Redneckwoman (what's your name? I can never remember), I haven't been doing great. I mean, I'm not splurging but I'm at that point where two toasted pop tarts with butter and PB sound GREAT!! I think it's from lack of water but at the same time, I feel sick at the thought of drinking any water :p I've been doing okay, but I could do better...:(

Hey everbody! :) Today is weigh in day and I weighed in! I'll post my weight here and in the small challenge ending today.

I weighed in this morning at 194! I didn't think I'd be losing weight, if not gaining, but I did! I lost 2 pounds! And that's better then nothing! So, I have five more pounds to lose by next Saturday (as in not tomorrow, but the week after). I hope I can do it :)

Yeah, Miss P, those pop tarts sound gross. But it could be the six cups of water I just drank talking. Who knows? But yeah, I'll be keeping it up! Today began a new day. A day of once again trying! I cheated a little but if I didn't cheat, I'd never stay on a healthy diet!

Tina, I think there's a little problem with your goals list. When you put people in Rockin' 80's, it means their goal is to get in the 180's. Well, for the Onederland, it's people wanting to get out of the 200's, which would put them in the 190's. And Notorious 90's is having a goal to get in the 90's as well. So really, Onederland and Notorious 90's are the same thing. N. 90's isn't really necessary. See what I mean?
