I am SO in. I've been trying to get out of the 200s for all of my adult life, and I'm sure you're just the group to help me get there. I have 15 pounds to go until I'm at 199, and my personal goal is to get to 195 by June 1st. My longer term goal is to get to 185 and hold within 5 pounds of that. I picked that number because supposedly that makes me a BMI of 24, but the charts vary so much that I would probably be happy anywhere between 180 and 190. I like to be pretty muscular, so, even though I'm no Cori Everson, I might be heavier than many "fit" people my height when I'm at my goal. I'm really excited about this club, thanks for starting it Tina!!!
