Thanks for the support Kaitie and Bep. Looks like Kaitie is doing great there in Onederland and Bep is quickly on her way!! I feel great today!! Hope everybody else feels great too!

Thanks Bep! I hope to be in onederland for christmas or at least new years. My mini goal is 210 by halloween (for the challenge). Man, I will be so happy if I can acheive these goals!
 
i know....im lucky i haven't hit a plateu (sp?) yet. Have you hit one yet? Hopefully i wont see one of those for a while (fingers crossed)
 
Congrats every1 on heading toward or all ready there in 100 land!
I may just see it on Friday as long as no darn water weight creeps
up on me like last week! But it said 199 yesterday but it is not official
until Friday! Any1 knows what causes ya to retain water could it
possibly be sodium? Tammy

I guess I have to fess up. As of Monday morning, I was officially not in Onderland! I had a few too many pints of beer and cider on Saturday, which was ok. The problem is on Sunday when I was hungover I just ate loads of crap and didn't exercise on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday! I felt bad about it but I am back on track now. I am still 1 lbs away from getting back to Onederland but I have ate great today and done an aweful lot of exercise so I hope to be back there for the end of the week! Especially before the Friday weigh in for the Halloween challenge!! Then my bestfriends birthday is Friday and I have to go to the pub again, so it will start all over again. Then I am taking a month long break from drinking and getting majorly back on track! ARGH!!

for "198"!! I am so darn excited. I was hoping the 199 stuck
through till Friday and then another pound left to!
I haven't seen under "200" in 5 years then before that highschool!
Thanks every1 for the support that we give 1 another thats partly
how we made this far along with eating healthy and exersiceing!

Im here for my weekly check in bep! Im at 243 this morning. Little dissapointed but...one day at a time right?
 
hey everybody, my name is Emily, some of yall may know me, but if u dont, i would like to get to know yall! I am 17 and at 277 :( But i have lost 13 lbs so far since September when I joined, YAY! I thought I may be too far off, but I hope not! I kno it is going to take time, but I hope this can be motivation for me!! I will check it regularly to see how everyone is doing!! Thanks!!

I kno that u can retain water if u dont have enough water in ur body, i kno it sounds crazy, but if u dont drink enough water, ur body will think u are dehydrating, and hold on to every last drop, so not only will it be sodium retaining it, it will also be the fact that u dont have enough water in ur body, i kno it sounds crazy...but its true! Hope it helps :)
