Heading 4 and Reaching the 100's...everyone welcome!!!!

I'm still at 193...same as last week. How long does it take for muscles to firm up and start burning fat?
 
Yay!!!!!!!

I worked my butt off yet another week and the pay off is gr8 and well worth it!I lost 5 lbs and weigh 212 now!I am only 13 lbs away to 199 and can't wait!I haven't felt this good in a long time.within 4 years I made it to 214 before and then went downhill I am 2 lbs ahead of that!Well goodluck to every1 that is losing and keep trying hard to the once that aren't!Good luck every1!Tammy:)

I know my weight will slow down eventually but
any1 think that I am losing to much to quick?I am
so happy and it does keep me motivated. I noticed
looking through my diary alot of my days are 900-1000
calories but if you read through what I eat I do eat
3 meals and 2-3 snacks just low calories in my meals!
I went to get my depo shot and I am healthy except being
overweight could cause me problems later on! So I figured
1000 calories is working I dont feel sick I feel full except
on weekends when I am up past 11pm.
Tell me whatcha think? I started my diet in the begining
of aug and lost 19 lbs so far?Tammy
 
What I think? Too few cals...don't go below 1200. Even more of what I think? You could do around 1500 or so and still lose that weight...healthily.

I don't know...if you feel good about what you're eating and you don't feel hungry than you're probably ok.

For me this week I lost 4.5 pounds---I must have totally been retaining water or building muscle or something to drop that much in one week. I've also dropped my calories, I feel good and the weight is coming off.

I'm at the great number of 189 and hope to be down to 175 long before my birthday in December. It's be nice to be there by mid-October but that might be pushing it. 14 pounds in 6 weeks...hmm maybe not to far-fetched of a goal.

You know...it *just* dawned on me that I've never posted in this or the other heading 4 and reaching the 100's club.

I think when I first joined the WL, it felt like it was *so* far away - and as of this morning, it's only 5 pounds away!

One-der-land seemed such a mythical place at one time ;)
 
M2M I added you on as your ticker weight...let me know if that isn't correct. Nice to have you hear!
 
Welcome M2M! I don't feel like I am starving except if it's a stay
up late night then I get hungry around 11- midnightish which I
wouldn't eat that late anyway.There was a couple times that late
I made coffee with splenda or have like 4-5 grapes to kill the
hungry pains.But I am totally satisfied all day and I have 3 meals
2-3 snacks.Just some of the dinners I have mainly lean cuisine's
are adverage 220-300 per meal and I add 2 servings of veggies and
that is another 60 cals so 280-360 for a dinner not bad!
Thank you for the advice though I'll try add maybe a little more
fruit or another early small meal.

Onederland or BUST

Well I need to get on this list I think. As of yesterday I was 204.4, I won't be weighing in again until October 1st. I went down to 198 about 3 times in the last few months but just can't seem to stay there! Onderland or BUST!!
