Hey,
I'm not familiar with any of those plans. The best thing you can do is to add exercise into your routine and gradually learn how to make healthier nutrition choices Some of the more common things that people start with are:
- cutting out junk food (both sugary & salty)
- eating less takeaway or restaurant food
- cutting out soda & juice
- drink more water
- eat more vegetables and fruits
- reduce the amount of caffeine you drink (if you drink it)
- reduce the amount of alcohol you drink ( if you drink it)
It's sometimes overwhelming to change many things at once, so what I usually tell people is to start with one or two, work on those until you've got a good handle on them, then gradually add more of those healthy changes.
Also, take a look around the site to see what other people have done, you should find some good info!
