Just wondering. My work buddy has the same weight and height as me but She looks thinner while I look chubby? Anyway I'm a she, so far I lose 20 pounds, I'm now 130. I still eat up to 1600 cal. and doing 30 minutes of exercise in 5 day sometimes 6. Again I'm stuck at that weight.
Another question I started drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but y do I feel so bloated and feel (no actually I know!) that my belly are so out there.
