Well I Have Been Watching What I Eat And Have Been Chosing Foods Low In Calories And Surgar. I Havent Really Kept A Food Jurnal , But The Other Day I Wrote Down What I Eat And Realize I Havent Been Eatimg Enough Calories. I Have Been Only Eating About 1000 A Day. I Have Been Doing This For 2 Weeks And I Am Losing. I Am At 230 As Of Today. Ok Well My ? Is I Know I Need To Up My Calories, But Will It Cause Me To Gain? I Do Work Out A Little Only About 20minuts A Day On My Elpitcal , I Know It Needs To Be More Just Havent Got There Yet.

Eventually your body will think you are starving it. And then, it will hold onto the weight and not let it go.

You should up the calorie levels with veggies and fruits - wholesome things. And don't make your diet too low in fat, it isn't good for your body.

As far as the exercise 20 min. a day is great for beginning. Up it when you can. I know a long time ago when I started exercise I could barely stand 10 min. on the treadmill. Now, I can go as long or as hard as I want. I just upped my min. each week and changed my routine.
