Has/Does anyone use BodyRock.tv?

What is bodyrock.tv?

Matthge- Sorry, the link got removed. It's a channel on youtube. They are all HIIT workouts made by a girl and her husband. All of their workouts are only around 12 minutes long and I've heard work amazing.

I've just started using them last week and plan on only doing their workouts for a few months and see what kind of results I get. They also have great nutrition/diet information and step by step guidelines on how to do the workouts on their website.

Jennifer - thanks for letting me know how great these are! =)

Sorry, but WLF has a strict policy against linking. This prevents the forum from getting 'overran" with spammers.

links are usually ok if members are not new and are contributing members who are regular :)
Not ok when they are advertising something (we get TONS of those) or people come here to pimp their new fad diet/exercise routine etc

Hi Korrie and wishes, I didn't know if the link was post by the owners or not, but the link does sound interesting. (I meant I would like to have seen the link, sounds good!). I understand why you would have to delete some of the links or even members that are not active and their post as well. I have a brother who has a Bible discussion forum and a sister who used to have one. I never was an owner of a forum, but have been a monitor and administrator of the Bible discussion forum and was a monitor of another weight lost forum. Gave that up don't desire to have that responsibility!

Thanks again for letting me join your forum. I join this forum because I care about my health and the way I look and I appreciate all the comments that I read that can help me with my goal to reach the weight that I desire. But it takes time to read all post and to understand the ways of others and their reason for doing or believing the things they do. I don't diet a lot! My diet consist of cutting back the food I eat, not cut out food all together. That is why I like Counting WW's Points. I haven't really tried much of any thing else. But always openly to what works! I have used WW's points for five year now off and on. I am not a member of WW's at this time, haven't been for some time now, but I still count points to lose weight. Not trying to advertise Weight Watchers.

Unfortunately, there are people who think that it is ok to do a run-around the rules. Just because you put a space in the website address to go around the rule about links doesn't means it is allowed. So, the user just was banned for 7 days.

I'm posting this so maybe other members will see it and realize you can't do that.

New people may not read the rules when they first join. Of course they should ("And I Did), but don't remember all the rules. I plan to read them again soon! Does new members get a warning before they are banned? You can edit your messages, so it would be easy to delete the link, if we got a warning, and I believe if one didn't read the rules they would read them. That way we could remind each other of the rules, if we forget. Just a suggestion.

When we edit a post, you get a PM warning from us stating why. That infraction lasts about 10 days. We tell you why and that you need to re-read the rules located under the Newcomer thread.

Trust me, we don't out and out ban people unless they are spammers or multiple violations. This wasn't her first warning. I had edited this post and told her why. She replaced with an altered link.

In other words, she knew then went back to it and did it again.

That was a fair warning Jericho, I understand.
