Has anyone tried SPAM Colon Cleanse? I heard about it from a friend

So you know how the story goes.. I heard about this stuff from one of the women on my sons soccer team and since I don't know her that well I figured I'd ask for some reviews. The pictures of what comes out of your colon are almost too wild to be true. SPAM LINK .. Hopefully I don't have strings of miniature hot dogs coming out of my colon.. I don't feel that clogged... Anyone personally try this product?

I'm kind of skeptical about new products because I've tried stuff that doesn't work soo many times. In the last few months I've lost a ton of weight and I'm feeling really energetic lately. While I was losing the weight I was using power cleanse along with acai nutriburst and had amazing results. I'm just thinking that SPAM might help me flush out anything that power cleanse left behind.. (If there is anything..)* You can read my blog post on when I was on the acai berry and power cleanse diet.

Also another thing to consider is I'm a lot more active than I was before I lost the weight.. I don't want to have any problems with diarrhea or farting in public.

Thanks in Advance! ;-)

Assuming this isn't an effort to spam the product ...

Colon cleanses are BS. Don't waste your money on them. If you really feel the need to empty your large intestine, then go to your pharmacist and ask for a bottle of phosphasoda - it's what they give to stomach surgery patients and patients who are having colonoscopies. And then, personally, I'd take a book and your pillow and plan to sleep in the bathroom for the next 12 hours. I promise you, that will clean you out in ways you don't even want to begin to think about.

But the "cleanses" and so called "detoxes" that you buy and then big gobs of stuff come out the other end ... complete and utter scam.

Aside from that, detoxing and cleansing is not necessary and could be harmful. Your body is perfectly capable of "cleansing" itself if you drink enough water and eat healthy foods - lots of veggies and fruit and fiber. When you add a bunch of "remedies" to the mix, you risk disrupting the balance of natural and healthy bacteria in your system and can actually make yourself sick and damage your colon.

Stick with eating well and drinking lots of water.
