Hi, has anyone ever tried these tablets:

Bio-Syngery's Body Perfect™ (thermogenic) slimming pills

Adios Natural slimming aid:

I am male, 22 years old. I wouldnt say I am overweight but i have gained some unwanted flesh around the waist and thighs/chest which i am looking to lose, i tried the Body perfect tablets by bio synergy, it seemed to work for the first few days and it kind of reversed and make the situation slightly worse, although not noticible, but odd nonthless.

Now i bought the Adios slimming aid which claims to be natural herbs, I control my food and i dont have any cravings for junk food usually, see how it goes. I am just wondering if anyone here has tried or heard of the above mentioned tablets. I will be riding my bike more often to help burn off calories, but i dont have a specific exercise routine, yet.

Cheers, and nice forum. :)

Pills, pills, pills
Forget the pills; Educate yourself, look around here and get yourself a solid routine and a diet you can follow.
Weight training could also help you lose weight. :)

Hi

I plan to do more exercise but I thought the pills will help. I do realise they arent very effective on their own but they are supposed to help when exercising. :)

Thanks for the advice.

Here's the problem with the dietary supplements - there is generally little studies in terms of their actual safety and even fewer studies about potential interactions. In other words, the consumer is the trial user for these pills.

There has been a large amount of news lately about whether GlaxoSmithKline's diabetes drug raises the risk of a heart attack. The data is not completely clear at this point, but at least there is enough information to warrant more research. With the pills you are thinking about taking, no one knows what the potential for increased risk of a heart attack or other health problems is.

Why take the risk? It simply is not worth it. Exercise and eat healthy - both are cheaper and better for you than pills.
