Hi, I am a 52 year old female and I'm in good shape. I only want to lose 10lbs and it's very hard for me. I am currently working out to the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution DVDs. I love them and they are working. I can see my body transforming...however, the scale doesn't seem to move. Jillian has everyone on a 1200 calorie diet. I don't know if this is too low calorie for me. I have no way of knowing how many calories I burn within the 30 minute video but I am covered in sweat each time. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? I am 5' 7-1/2" tall
