Well I'm sure lots of new ppl have been joining today and the last couple of days. I don't have too much weight to lose....probably 10-15 pounds. I've kind of always been a yo-yo weight loser! A couple years ago I lost 15 pounds and was at 118 pounds and in GREAT shape (I am only 5'3"). I would like to get back to somewhere around there. Last I went to my doctor's they weighed me at 136! I'm not sure where I am now....I intend to grab a scale tomorrow and start monitoring my weight weekly. I know I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but it's always rough for me to lose the 10 pounds I want to. I feel like I get "lazy" along the way and stop working out, start eating bad, and stop caring. I'm hoping joining this forum will give me the motivation I need to take it off and keep it off!!!!!! I look forward to chatting with all of you!!!!!!!! And I'm glad to be here!
