Halfway through my weight loss, time to start again!

Hi everyone, I'm a 31 year old female, approx 5ft 6 and 205lbs.

In Nov 2007, I was 238lbs and over the 8 months I lost 45lbs to get down to 193lbs - the lightest I'd been for years. It was a combination of exercise and healthy eating and I went from a size 24 (UK) to a size 16-18(UK). I then wanted to ease off for a bit and prove to myself that I could maintain without putting anything on for a while before going on another weight loss spurt. So I ate healthy but more normally for the next year and did some exercise and I've pretty much stayed within 7-10lbs....at 205 now after Christmas excesses though!!

I am now ready to have another crack at it especially as Christmas is over and see if I can get down to 176lbs in time for my summer holiday and then somewhere down in the 150s by Christmas 2010.

My main worry is flabby bits!! I have a daughter so already have some loose skin on my tummy and I wanted to lose weight steadily over time in order to hopefully decrease the risk of loose skin on my underarms and get a chance to tone this bit. Has anyone else lost similar amounts of weight that I am planning and how has this gone in terms of loose skin>?!?

I have a spinning bike at home, and some dumbells, belong to a gym near work and play lacrosse twice a week. The only thing I did differently last time was play tennis a couple of nights too.

I feel like I KNOW what I have to do in order to lose it (salads and soup for lunch, healthy breakfast, steamed dinner, no chocolate/crisps snacks!! and exercise) and plan to:
- go to the gym three times a week
- bike/weights at home the other days
- keep a food diary

Anyhow, hello!! I used to post at healthyweightloss.org but its turned into an advert-fest rather than many normal posters now...shame...

I'm starting my weight loss quest again too.... But not after successfully having lost half my extra weight! :ack2:
