Guilty after treating

I go to to the gym 4 times a week and do my ree weights neally everyday and eat healthy but on staurday i treat my self so i dont get depressed but ive just hadf thai takeaway and some christmas pudding feel so fat and guilty now! should i worry about putting weight on?
 
Just about everyone on this forum has 1 cheat meal a week. My cheat meal this week was about 4 or 5 peaces of pizza (The good kind not the healthy stuff) and a little bag of kc masterpeace bbq chips and i didnt gain anything actually kept losing lol.
 
i would say no, cause there is nothing you can do now. dont let it discourage you, because its always better to excercise than to not excercise. thats my thought process on things of that matter.
 
I really just dont want to become fat and i have to try not worry about that i suppose but ive been trying to make my metabolism faster aswell by drinking loads of water and eating 6 small meals well i have breakfast then snack on apple and then kunch then snack on bannan then me tea that i just had now what i told you before
