It might sound counter-intuitive but diets are accompanied by snacks especially keto. And one of the biggest challenges when on keto is snacking between meals.

here is one smoothie recipe:

Spinach-Avocado Banana Smoothie
Serves: 5
Prep. Time: 3 minutes
Blend Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 large banana, frozen
• 1 avocado
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 pack gelatin or 1 scoop isolate protein
• 1 cup water
• 3 cups ice

Directions :

1. Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth

A keto smoothy with a large banana and a tablespoon of honey? Those numbers may sound nice but if a one-banana smoothie has to serve 5 people your snack isn't going to be very satisfying.
 
Serving size is always the pitfall... I wonder how many people blend that all up and then forget to divide it into five portions... I could easily see me dividing it into two...
