Hello everyone
So I'm a 23 year old male, weighing at 176 pounds as of today. I have a belly fat problem for the last two or three years. For the last six weeks, I've been doing cardio six days a week. My question is this: given the following, how long should it take before I can lose enough of the belly fat to give me a flat tummy and a lean look. (Details below and from the last six week)
1. I walk 30 minutes at speed 6 with intervals of 5 in the middle.
2. I cannot run because I have a lower back condition. And I don't know how to swim.
3. I also do about 5-10 minutes of cycling 6 days a week.
4. My diet includes, proteins, vegetables and brown bread. I haven't had any sugar or rice for six weeks now and have not had junk food except once a week or less.

Given the above, how long will it take broadly before I can get rid of the belly fat? I know it's a combination of various factors and that exact timelines are very difficult, so any general answer will help.
Thanks!

I have no idea, but sounds like a great plan. Congratulations on avoiding sugar and limiting junk foods. Could you add any muscle building exercise?

I am doing some weight training to accompany. Working on my chest, upper back and arms. Although I must add that the weight training is quite moderate.

You have a sizeable deficit, but there is no way to tell for your timeline, you abs will begin to be seen at around 12% bodyfat, despite your lower back problem, you need to be doing some strength training for legs, however you exercise selections will be more limited than someone without a back problem. Importantly, the strength training needs to be heavy, heavy strength training helps to maintain muscle mass in a calorie deficit better than light/moderate weights. with such a high deficit you are at high risk of loosing muscle which you need.
