Good morning ladies!!!! Are we all up and ready for our new weight loss challenge??? I am! My weigh in weight this morning was 195.5. So that will make my goal weight by Oct 7th 190.5. Girls we can do this! Christina, if I am not mistaken you made your goal weight this last time didn't you?? Let's do it again!

My plan is to continue my 6WBMO eating program and to exercise by walking everyday (except Sat... I will be at an Auburn Football game - WAR EAGLE!) and doing Tae Bo every other day (my body can't handle it everyday... I am so sore now that my legs KILL me when I get up from sitting down. How long will that last? Oh, and my sculpting exercises. I am supposed to do those 2 days a week, except the ab part... that is 2 or more days a week. So, all the other scuplting exercises I only do on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Come on girls! Lets be the Biggest Losers!!! ;)

Oh good. I'm glad you typed my name in your post or I would not have know which group I was in. Gad to see it is #1.. now lets be #1 and do this!

I missed my last goal by 3 lbs. only lost 2 lbs.... but this time I'm going for the gold.
Weigh in at 183, goal weight 178.

Plan ~ eat RIGHT! calm down on the salt and sugar intake...
DRINK THAT WATER ! ! ! ! !
tae bo everyday possible.... every other day sit ups with Phil....

Jennylynn, I know what you mean, your legs hurt when you sit up or sit down... sucks when you gotta sit on the potty! but it should go away in like 5 days once your body gets used to the change. And it will! Just KEEP GOING! If you feel the burn, then you know its WORKING!!! ;)
 
alright girls!!! my weigh-in this morning was 140.0 - so if I make it - I WILL BE AT MY GOAL!!! so I am super super pumped..

my plan: eat between 1200 and 1400 cals each day... spaced out throughout the day.

drink at least 64 oz of water EVERY DAY

go for a run at least three times a week... for at least 30 minutes (which is more than I have been doing)

weight-lift at least twice a week... this is new for me - girls, you gotta encourage me to do this, b/c i haven't yet!!!

take "one-a-day weight loss" each morning after breakfast.

We can do this girls!!! Let's win this one =)

I think we are going to add another person to our group - JenJen... so our goal is now 25 lbs!!!! we can do it ladies!!!!!
 
Thanks for making the late add in ! I'm excited.. I'm at 204 now, so that means by the 7th (two days after my bday) I'll be at 199. Guess this counts McDonalds out for a while! My plan is to control my portions, watch what I eat, and exercise every other day, starting tomorrow since I'm about to leave for the rest of the day.
 
alright girls... how are we doing?!!!? I have done alright - I stayed in last night instead of going out for two party nights in a row - which was partly because I needed the sleep, but also because I knew my body wouldn't like all those calories!!!

It's neat that we have teams, because now we have to worry about letting one another down... so I'm gonna work my butt off this week... keep me honest ladies!!!

Jennylynn - do you have a journal online? or do you just check here?! let us know what we can do for you to help you out!!! =)

Girl, I have full confidence that we will make it! I have done soooo good over this first weekend. So now with the week ahead of us, all I can do is keep going!
 
My weight by the way is 204 and so I need to try to get to 199 by weigh in. I am so pumped to get under the 200 mark. Working my butt off here literally!!!

Hey everyone... just checking to see how everyone is doing... I had a really BAD :( weekend (food wise). I was staying with my brother and his wife so needless to say, things went badly. I strayed Friday night (Pizza), Saturday (Chick-fil-a for lunch and mexican for dinner) and most of Sunday. So.... I am back on track and glad to know that I still had (including today) 11 days left. I am so sorry. I really feel like I let you girls down. I have been back on track ALL DAY today and am positively looking nowhere else but FORWARD ;) . I hope that you guys aren't upset with me.

I have had 96 oz of water today, I know not quite 100 oz but very close... I will definitely get that 100 oz in tomorrow!
 
it's all right babe... we all slip up every now and then. I worked hard this weekend, and hopefully made up for it for you =) today however I slipped up a bit... I need to plan better!!! so I created in my journal area a list of what I am going to eat the next day so I can follow it! wish me luck following it!!!

I am doing good. Yesterday was a good day too. I am so craving a big fat juicy, extra cheesy cheeseburger right now though. BUT.... I am having grilled chicken, steamed asparagas, brown rice and a salad for dinner though. I just have to pretend that it is the cheeseburger I am wanting!!

How is everyone else doing?
